Mr McOoncell bad Agreed on the previous day to forcWh tbe account, but Mt Oayslll pressing the point, an J order was now rmde that the accounts sbonld be taken by tbe Clerk ol the Court. . On the motion to set aside the bill oi salt, his Honor reserved bi« deolslon till the next sitting of the Court. The Court then rose.
