Brisbane. Ucto'or 18. A man named Jones, residing at Eidsvold, shot his wife twic ia the abdomen and struck her on the bead with an axe. Jones then shot a man namt-d Summers acd inflicted four wounds. Both the man and woman are m a critical state. The act is attributed to the infidelity of the wife.
