PUGILISIM.
The boxing match between Slavin and Goode for a side took place to-day. Tickets for admission sold at two guineas and bexes brought the high price of ten guineas. The contest look place at Astley's Theatre, which was 'crowded.^ Slavin was the : favorite m ihe betting. Goode was punished heavily m the third round, and the spectators vainly endeavored to rush the ring when it was evident that Goode was beaten. In the fourth round the fighiing was vfry severe, and this round decided the match, which was given m Slavin's favor.
