THE CZAR AND THIS KAISER.
♦ (PStt PBEBB ASSOCIATION.) Berlin, Ootober 14. The Czar has gone to Meoklenburg. He took cordial leave of the Kaiser, and the two monarchs were markedly friendly m their farewell greetings. Bismarck is reported to have said he believed politics would not be m any way affected by the meeting of the two Emperors.
