The full programme will be duly advertised m a few days.

On Thursday, Ootobor 3rd, a oonoert wae held m tbe Bohoolroom m aid of the Manse Fund of the Presbyterian Churoh, Springburn. Miss A. Price then sang " The Children's Home " very expreßeively. Nearly all the above were accompanied on the organ — the last on the piano — by Mrß Finlayson with her usual taste and skill. An interval followed during whioh all partook of a cup of tea with Boma other good things whioh the forethought of neighbouring ladies had provided. The remainder of the programme oonaisted of a pianoforte solo by Mrs Finlayson, gee, " The Minß.rol Boy "by the choir. Then followed songe, "The vacant ohair" Mr Cooper; " When the flowing tide oomea m," and "Five o'olook m the morning " Mies B. Johnston© ; " Grandma" Mias A. Prioe ; " Liberty " and " Chiming Bella "Mr A. Brough ; and "The Skipper and his Boy" Mrß Finlayson. Several readings were given by James H. Finlayson. The glee Men of Harleoh" by the ohoir, and " Auld Lang Syne " olosed the list. To Mrß Finlayson, who also accompanied the seoond part of the programme, the chief oredit is due for tbe buooobb of the whole entertainment, and her efforts were well aeoonded by Misaea Prioe, Johnstone, Lambie, Ede, and several young gentlemen who diligently prepared for the occasion, whioh proved a finanoial as well as a mueioal SUOOQBB.
