The meeting will be held under Jhe Rules of Racing. 2. No entry will be received except on conditions that all claims, disputes, an objections arising out of the racing shall decided by the Stewards or whom they maj appoint. A district horse shall mean any horse that has been commonly resident m the district between the rivers Selwyn and Opihi, from July aoth, 1889, and up to the date of the meeting, and owned by a person who has resided m the said district during the sara* period. 4. Five per cent will be deducted from the gross of all moneys payable m accordance with this programme for the expenses of the course. 5. All nomination and acceptance feesto go to the funds of the Club. NOMINATIONS.
