The meeting will be held undsr the Rules of Racing. 2. No entry will be received except on conditions that all claims, disputes, an I objections arising out of the racing shall decided by the Stewards or whom they maj appoint. Their decision on all points con nected with the carrying outof this programme shall be final. 3. A district horse shall mean any horse that has been commonly resident m the district between the rivers Selwyn and Opihi. from July 20th, 1889, and up to the date ot the meeting, and owned by a person who has resided m the said district during the sam* period. 4. Five per cent will be deducted from the gross of all moneys payable m accordance with this programme for the expenses of the course. 5. All nomination and acceptance fees to yo to the funds of the Club. NOMINATIONS.
