BiURNS AND THE STRIKE FUND
Burns will contest the Battersea seat. He denies that there is any con siderable surplus from the Strike Fund, and expresses himself m favor of consulting the donors as to its disposal. Burns has subscribed m aid of the tailors on strike, m return for the assistance they rendered the dockmen.
