RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1; The meeting will be held under,, the Rules of Racing. 2. No entry will be received except on th_ conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections arising out of the racing shall bo decided by the Stewards or whom they may appoint. The r decision on all points con nected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. 3. A district horse shall mean any horse that has been commonly resident in the district between the rivers Selwyn and Opihi, from July 20th, iBSq, and up to the date 0. the meeting, and owned by a person who haa resided in the said district duriDg the sara*» period. 4. Five per cent will be deducted from the gross of all moneys payable in accordance with this programme for the expenses of the course. 5.
