(Received Sept. 27 { 130 p.m.) LAND BILL.
Sydnbjt, Sept 27. The Land Bill was jeopardised by the action of the Council m making amendments through a selfish class spirit. The House sat all night considering the measure, and m order to avoid the sacrifice of the Bill, agreed to most of the amendments. Great resentment was displayed at the action of the Council.
