No entry will be received except on the conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards or whom they may appoint. A district horse shall mean any horse that has been commonly resident m the district between the rivers Selwyn and Opihi, from July 20th, 1889, arid up to the date of the meeting, and owned by a person who has resided m the said district during the sam? period." 4.
