ALLEGED BRIBERY OF THE FRENCH PRESS.

Paris, Septembov 18. In the course of a speech to-day, M. Andrieux, member for the Department of Rhone, accused the Government of spending twenty million francs m bribing the Press and the candidates for the Chamber. He stated that the money was obtained by blackmailing the Credit Foncier and the Panama Canal Company.
