RAILWAY EMPLOYEES' INBUBANOB . Theue is a good deal of opposition to the proposal contained ln the Railways Employees' Insurance Bdl to the effeot that deductions be made from . the wages of employees for the purpose of oreattng an Insaranoe fund, and I understand the Government have no intention of pressing the scheme (whloh was devised by the Railway Commissioners). DISSOLUTION. There Is an Impression abroad thai' tho division on Mr Ballance's amendment on Saturday night was not properly taken, as it Is said two Opposition members were not accounted for. All through the session there have been great complaints at tha way ln wbioh divisions have been taken, and It Is known tbat In several oases the division lists have not been properly checked It is with the greatest dlffiaulty that members can be induced to go into tbe lobby, and to this cause is attributable a good deal of tbe dissatlsf aotion now existing.
