Pabis, teptember 14. Although the nomination of General Boulanger has been refused, his Committee are running him for Montmarte, with every prospect of success. The police have removed placards favoring Boulanger, and have taken into custody those who stuck up the bills. Out of 1600 candidates nominated for the general election of the Chamber of Deputies, 250 are supporters of Boulanger. Tbe Orleans, Bouiangist, and Bonaparte candidates unite m demanding a revision of the constitution.
