'■ A man named Michael Walsh, prel sented a pistol at Mr John Dillon, Jf M.P., one of the Irish delegates, m the f . street yesterday. He was promptly c arrested when it was found that the >r weapon was not loaded. Walsh had d previously threatened Dillon.
