VICTORIA.
Melbourne, September 13. , A disastrous fire broke out at 6.30 this evening m the principal part of Collins street, one of the main thoroughfares of the city. At the latest advices it was still burning. George's fourstoried drapery establishment and Glen's (music seller's) shop are completely destroyed. Allen's music shop, and that of Mullins, the principal bookseller m Melbourne f are also expected to be a total loss.
