Ohbistchukch, September 11. The market to-day was attended by those bent on business only, The weather was most inclement. Fax Oattlb — There was a comparatively limited entry, and the demand was erratio m the extreme, opening fairly well. Some heavy weight bullocks sold at prices ranging from 17s to 21s per lOOlbs. As some inferior lota were run m the sale dragged oonßiderably. Towards the close a quantity of better sorts again commanded prices equal to the above, bringing an average of sale up to 19a per 1001 b. Stobe Cattle— This was the most scanty Heo lion of the market, only small farmers lots being offered whioh did not oommand a favorable sale. Dairy cows were few m number and were of no speoial quality, Few lambs were offered. These realised from 9s to lls for eight weeks old orosebreds. Store Sheep— There was only a limited entry yarded, and these did not obtain ready sale. A very nice line of mixed orossbred hoggetß fetohed 9s 4d, while lines of merino wethers sold at 6s 6d, and a line of mixed two-tooth orossbreds fn baokward Condition fetohed the same prioe. Fae Sheep — 7500 were yarded. Despite' the weather and adverse oiroumstanoes there were plenty of buyers for best quality freezers, whioh showed a firm market, and m one or two oases of particularly good sorts reaohed a very good figure, equalling fully 2Jd per lb, every line being taken. One or two pioked lines from the South realised up to 18s per head. The sale closed m very bad weather, prices being proportionately reduced. Pigs — There was only a small entry of porkers and stores, and two small pens of baconers. The sale was not brisk, prioes obtained being soaroely up to last week's quotations.
