ASHBURTON AGRICULTURAL AND PASTORAL ASSOCIATION.

He moved that the numbered tickets for horses shall be obtained the previous day. Me Studholme seconded the motion. There waa_ considerable discaseion on ibe subject, It was thought that there would be some inconvenience in carrying out the rule, but there was a general opinion in favor of the suggestion; The Chairman and Mr Thomas thought that the mm tar should be considered by a general meeting, and Mr Williams withdrew his motion.
