When tbe Native Affairs Committee reach clause 14 of the Is a tive Land Oourt Act Amendment Bill, whioh deals with the validating of certain pist dealings with Native lands, Sir Georgo Grey will propose a resolution which, if. carried, bangs up the Bill for this session at least. The resolution postpones consideration of the Bill until the Committee bave been supplied wi'h full information on all point, connected with the doaliogs Ihat are to be validated by the Bill. The opinion of the Speaker has been taken as to wbetber the Oomm'ttee is competent to deal w'th this resolution, scd he has decided m tbe affirmative
