FORCIBLE REMOVAL.
Ottawa, August 29 Admirfl Hereage, who is m command of the Pacific Squadron, forcibly removed a German barque from its anchorage at Esquimault, without assigning a reason. The harbormaster declares that the Admiral exceeded his authority, and ordered the barque to return to its position.
