The football match between the Native team and the Aucklacd representative players took place to-day at Epsom. Thero was a very large attendance of the publio. Noar the close tb.3 Natives were overmatohed, and their opponents floored rapidly, the whole iof their points being gained attar half time. The match resulted iv a victory for Auckland by 7 points to 2 For the local team tries wore gained by Leoky and Harrold, aud one of these resulted m a goal ; while Masefio'd potted a goal. The Natives' Boore was 2 tr.es, secured by Goldsmith and Elliott.
