The 1637 oattle include 222 Shorthorns, 121 Herefords, 84 Devons, 97 Sussex, 11 Lorgh^rns, 49 Welsh, 71 Bed Polled, 87 Aberdeen Angus, 46 Galloways, 18 Highlanders, 50 Ayrsbires, 434 Jersejfß, 141 Guarnsovp, 1?6 Kerrys ad Dexter Kerrys, 62 dairy cows, and eight of any v.iru-r variety not named. The p'iziß for oatt'e amount to no less I than £3952. Sheep number 1C69, comI prlelog 41 L'jlc'-'Bter?, 31 B r^«?r Lsloeafr ro. 60 Cots wolds, 58 Lincoln?. 82 Oxfordshire Down-, 212^ Shropshire, 123 8 -•athdowna, 98 Hampshire D'>wna. and 384 of other breeds, Buoh as Scotch and Welsh Mountain cheep, Wcneleydales, Herdwloka, Exmoors, and other outside sorts. Prizes for sheep are £.507 m value. There are 265 entries of pigs, 17 of aesap, 37 of goats and 265 of poultry. The prizi money is £740 for plea, £30 for asses, £45 for goata, and £334 for poultry. Of farm produoe tie entries number 1203, for which prizes amounting to £1051 are given. The Implements number 7446 on 553 stands. The total valoe of prizes j for the whole show exosede £12,000.
