After the At-torney-General had briefly addressed the court the president said that the court was of opinion that the Inspection should not be granted. Sir Charles Raesell said that he had received written Instructions from Mr Parnell on this point, and with due deferenoe to the court, he bad to ooneult with bin elienti b&fote he decided on the course he would pursue. Messrs Farnell and Lewis then left the court and were followed by Sir Charles Kuieell. The court then adjourned.
