BOULANGER.
Paris, Auguit 13, The members of the Right have withdrawn from the Senatorial High Court. The Council of State has decided (that Boulanger is ineligible as Consul-General, and declared bis seat vacant. August 14. Tbe H»gh Court by a majority of 206 found Boulanger guilty of conspiracy, and by 198 to 10 convicted him of treason. Count Dillon and Rochefort were found guilty of complicity. August 15. Boulanger, Dillon, and Rochefort were sentenced to imprisonment for life m a fortress. The French Government are considering the advißableness of demanding the extradition of Boulanger, Dillon and Rochefort, There is no excitement over the verdict. The European Press regard tbe matter as purely political,
