Rear-Admiral Lord Charles Scott, C.B., naval Aide-de-camp to her Majesty the Queen, and who was m command of the royal squadron which escorted Prince George and Prince Albert Victor of Wales to Australia some years ago, has been appointed to succeed Admiral Fairfax as commander of th?
