! In the IJouse of Commons, during the course of a speech, ttje Rjght Hon. A. J. Balfodr accused Mr Harrington of having described tha Irish polipe as "uniformed blood hounds." Mr Harrington demanded a proof, to which Mr Balfour meiely returned a contemptuous geslure. Wild excitement prevailed,, during which Colonel Saunders and Mr Thomas Sexton exchanged personal .threats.
