EMPEROR WILLIAM.

London, August 3. The Emperor William of Germany, with a squadron of twelve vessels, has arrived at Spithead. The Prince of Wales was present to meet him, and her Majesty the Queen and all members of British Royalty were at Osborne. The Emperor William will be invited to inspect 100 British warships on Saturday, arid on Monday he witnesses the departure of the fleet for the manoeuvres. On Monday he dines on board the Royal yacht wiih the principal officers of the squadron, and on the following day will review 35»o°° British troops at Aldershot. On Wednesday he dines with her Majesty fhe Queen at Osborne, and on Thursday he will take his departure for Germany.
