Brisbane, Aagtmt 3 News has just been received here, that a number of natives of Malayta, one of the islands of the Solomon group boarded a trading vessel, and without warning shot Hadden, the mate, and badly cut the head of a man named Coppers. The owner, Keating, was wounded and subsequently died from the effects of his injuries. The crew, who were natives succeeding after a struggle, m repelling the murderers, killing twelve of them.
