BOULANGER.
v PABIB, July 30 Boulanger was elected for Bordeaux, Tours, Nancy and Amiens, and defeated at Lille. The Tories have gained twenty-seven seats. Boulanger is dejected at the result of his candidature, and accuses the Government of unfair practices. date Boulanger has succeeded m getting elected for fifteen seats and failed m seventy.
