Crowded public meetings at Obristoburoh Auckland, Wellington, and Dunedin on Saturday evening passed resolutions denounoing the Representation Bill, and approving the action of tbe members who are opposing it m Parliament, At ihe Auck'and meeting any alteration of the Aot of 1887 m the direction of increasing the number of members was protested against ; and at Dunedin tbe proposal to amalgamate the city oonatituencies was approved of.
