ROYAL GRANTS.
In the House of Commons Mr Labouchere's motion traversing the recommendations of the Committee as to the grants to the Royal Family was rejected by 390 against 116. The members of the Pamellite party voted with the Government;
London, Jaly 28. It is stated that the Prince of Wales is m debt to the extent of His principal creditors are the Rothschilds.
