(R«a«tved Jaly 26, 2 8 p.m.)
Btdnxt, Jaly 26 Referring to the proposed New Zealand loan, the " Morning Herald," m an article m this -morning's issue expresses a doubt as to whether it will be wise for New Zealand to renew her debt at l% per cent, because the effect will be an increase on the capital •mount of debt, which is already very farce. The credit of the colony, the " Herald "states, is not yet sufficiently: good to justify a hope that the loan will go off, except at a considerable discount.
