Under ordinary circumstances, there was no reason why wo should not hold our market, and he would represent the views of tha deputation to the Cabinet. Whf n the Budget proposals wore submitted, they would fiad that the firming interests, and especially dairy farmiog, had been abundantly considered, if all poiats were not mat, then ha hoped that reason would prevail.. It would, ha thought, be a very remarkable thing If the farmer complained, for there never wai a Pdrl atneat that was more desirous to do him justice than that now assembled/
