Btdnkt» July la. The French Consul has informed Sir Henry Parkes, the Premier, m connection with the complaint made by M. M. Gerraont and Loir, agents of M. Pasteur, m connection with alleged tampering with their letters, that M.. Pasteur is satisfied that there .was' nothing dishonorable on the part of the postal authorities. The' Consul. adds that M. Pasteur is displeased witri the action taken by M. M. Germont and Loir m connection with the matter*
