(Reoeived July 17, 12 16 pm.) London, Jaly 16 All the defendant's counsel hare withdrawn from the Commission. Bir James Hannen, the President, said that the Commission could do without them, and that Mr Parnell had no right to dictate conditions to the Court. Sir H. James is now cross-examining Mr James O'Kelly,. M. P. for JRobbommon North.
