COLONIAL SECURITIES.

In reply to their communication reipecting the inclusion of colonial securities in the Trust Funds Investment Bill, Mr Goschen informed the Agents-General that he will consult the Judges during the lecess with the view of widening the list of investments permitted under Hardy's Act. He advised that provision be made so that in the event of default action could be taken in England against colonial Governments.
