Nkw Tobk. July 8 A force of State troops prevented Sullivan and Kilrain fighting for the championship, and they hare gone to Louisiana.
The fight for the Championship of the World between J. L. Suliiran and «J«ke Kilrain took place to-day, and resulted m a win for Snllivan, after seyentytwo rounds had been fought. The fight took place at Richburg m the presence of 2000 spectators. It lasted two hours and a quarter, during which time Kilrain fell constantly to avoid punishment.
