The Chamber of Deputies hag accepted the amendment made by the Senate m the Army Bill. The amendment provides that seminarists or students for the priesthood shall have one year's training service, and priests receive infirmary duties during a war. In the course of the debate on the Bill M. de Freycinet asserted that it would add one million to the strength of the French army.
