NOTICE 1b hereby given that the above Road Board intends to execute a certain Pubic Work, to wit, the construction of a Boad m the Bangit&ta Boad District, and for that purpose the Lands described m the Schedule hereto are required to be taken, and that a Plan oi the said Road and of the Lands required to be taken has been deposited at the School house, Liamore, and is now open for inspection All Persons affected by the exeoutioo of the Baid Pnblio Work, or by the takinc of the said Lands, are required to set fortt m writing any well grounded objedtioni which they may have to tha execution ol each work or to the takiag of suoh landß and to send such writing within forty dayi from the 25th day of June, 1889, being the date of the first publication of tb.il Notice , to the said Boad Board, at it!
