SIR HERCULES ROBINSON.
Lomdoit, Joljr 18. - Sir Hercules Robinson has declined to contest the Dover constituency. 11l refusing to stand, he states that thongh he is opposed to the policy of the Rt, Hon A. J. Balfour respecting Irish administration, he does not care to be 3 made a cat's paw m the hand of the Opposition. ;
