Mr Labouchere opposed any grant being made from the public revenue for the purpose, pointing out, among other things, that the Earl oi Fife's rent-roll W*b £70,000 per annum. The amount asked for the establishment of Princess Louise is £8000 and for Prince Albert Victor £10,000, the latter to be increased to £25,000 upon his marriage. It is expected the Opposition will resist the amounts being voted, pending the appointment of a Committee to enquire into the subject. • The marriage ot Princess Louise is fixed for July 27th.
