Mr O'Brien, who was arrested for a seditious speech at Tipperary, has bee« released on bail. Mr W. J. Lane* M.P, for Cork, has been arrested for complicity with Mr O'Brien. White effecting the latter's arrest the police were compelled to .fire on the crowd, and two peisonsjwere-trouaded—
