The Emperor of Austria's speech at the meeting of tbe Delegations has depressed the Continental bourses.
Berlin, June 25.
The Czarewitch passed through here without visiting the Emperor. The " Cologne Gazette" says his behavior is evidence of an estrangement between Germany and Russia.
St. P&tebsbubo, June 25. The Czar publicly snubbed the Italian Ambassador here on the ground of his having displayed German sympathies. Vienna, June 25
The Emperor of Austria privately assured the delegations he did not believe peace would be disturbed. The Press and public, however, consider the situation too disquieting for peace to be assured, but that there is no immediate prospect of a rupture.
Vienna, June 26,
Count Kalnoky, Minister of Foreign Affairs, considers that the peace of Europe is not endangered • but adds that although the situation is unsettled it may be easily changed. Austria, he states, is friendly disposed to all the Powers, including Russia, and her allies are, firmly resolved to prevent war.
