MM. Germont and Loir complain that their mission to Australia w<*s thwarted by the law m New South Wales preventing the introduction ot microbes. Taey assert that this proved to be the forerunner of systematic hindrances. The Commission refused to make a public test of Pasteur's system. They accuse the Government of making extracts from their letters.
