Messrs Williams and Bland report having held their weekly sale of horses on Saiar day,. 220 d June. "■> The entry consisted 1 f 27 head, 18 of which were sold. The attendant) ■> wai very large but the bidding on the whole was not very brisk. We sold on account Mr James Stark, 2 4 year old geldings, £25 and £23 ; roan filly, 5 yean, £24 ; bay filly. 3 years, £16 10s. A very nice brown mure and a brown filly were passed m not realising the owner's reserve We also sold on account Mr James Spring, of Terauka, 2 very nice black mares, 4 and 6 years od, at £43 10s ; and 1 grey hack ; £10 10j. We also sold on account of other vendors, medium sorts at £16, £14, £11 10s and £11 10a ; aged, do £6, £9, £4 10«, £5, £6 ss, £5 10s and £4 10s Hakniss— Oart saddle and breeobing, £1 12s 61 : coven, 14s to 17s 61 Juxxshkhtb — Dray, £8 ; 4 leaf eet harrows, £4 15s and £4 10s. Springers, £4 Is. ntoDßOK— Derwents, 6s 6d per hag ; carrots, 2j 6i per bag; barley, 2s 7£d par boahel ; chlokwbeat, 8a to 8s 6d per bag, PonxtKT— Fowls, Is 6i to 2s 6~d per pair : geese, ss^>er pair. A lot of furniture at fair rates.
