Oounsel addressed the jury and Mr Justloe Williams summed up. The jury, after an absence of three hours, retorned a verdlot giving Messrs Wilson, Talne and Oof, damages £6000, the bank getting a verdlot In the other oase. 'The bank will Set alltogetbsr for the overdraft, overdue Ills, eto, roughly about £3500, and Messrs Wilson, Talne and O j., therefore reoelve £1500.
