bYDMEY, Jane 19. The Legislative Assembly has passed the payment of Members' Bill. The two emigrant girls from Queensland, who -iyere arrested because they had not completed tbe sis mgnihg residence required by law, haye been djschargeci on refunding the amount of their passage money. The Maori* beat King's College, Parramatta, by 21 points to nil. The result of the game was contrary to expectation, as the College team was considered one of the toughest the Natives had to meet, and the Maori team was rather weak.
