The programme for the Annual Steepleobooo Meetiog was considered, and it waa resolved to increase the stakes to £100. The followiag (are the events : -Haadioap Hurdle Haoe of 15 aovs ; Hunt Club Cup of 30 sovfl, (oash or trophy) ; Selling Hack Race of 10 bovb, winner to be sold for J.Q soys ; Maiden Steeplechase of 15 soys ; Ladieß Bracelet of 20 soys ; Selling Huoler's Steepleohaue of lo|sovß, winner Ito be sold for lp soys. The date of the meetinjpm fixed for Wednesday, August It was repolyed that the Bteep'echaae couree be on the Asb burton Raceoourse Be?erve, providing the Aehburton Rso ng Club grant the use of the oouroe on the same terms as last year. A sub oommittee was appointed to decide the jumps, and make arrangements to have the same put up. The question of holding tho annual bill and dinner waa left m the hands of the Gdbitaitt&e. A meeting of the Oommittee was held after the above, and thu 1 following meets were arranged for July: — Wednesday 3rd, Wlnohmore, at 1 o'olook ; Tuesday 9tb, Elgin at 1 o'olook ; Saturday 13tb, Methven at.J.130 o'olook j Wednesday 17th, Wlnfllow at 1 o'clock ; Wednesday 24tb, O'Grady a at 1 o'olook : Wednesday Bl9t, Tinvr»ld at J. o'olook. • The Secretary and Treasurer were empowered to kjter any of tbf fi^Q(«| |f «olQlUblf ,
