FOREIGN WAR VESSELS.
The outcome of the measures taken by the Government to prevent the entrance of foreign warships into the Port of Melbourne is that an order has been issued appointing a special anchorage at the rear of the western entrance of the Northern Channel. Foreign war vessels will not be allowed to land armed parties.
