In Berlin, the officials and press express grave distrust of Russia, fearing that the Caar has entered upon a new period of activity m respect to his attitude towards the Balkan States. The Continental Bourses are agitated io consequence ot this feeling. In Servia the Liberal Party have requested the Russian Minister at Belgrade to approve the reunion of all Servian Provinces, and an impression is abroad that Prince Nikita, of Montenegro, will be proclaimed King of Servia m the autumn; that active: agitation will result from this slept duriog the winter, and that war may b& expected to follow m the spring. Belgrade., Juna 13. It is stated that a plot has been found here to depose young King Alexander. [ Berlin, Jane IS, Germany has informed the Swiss Government that it regrets tbat no settlement of the Wohlgemuth frontier episode has been arrived at, and intimates that Germany reserves the right to take whatever measures it may deem necessary. St. Petersburg, June 13. The Russian Government are still insisting that the Porte shall fulfil its engagements with respect to Armenia.
